A Family Affair
There has never been a time when Temi has not tinkered with cars or any machine that he could get his hands on.
His love of cars started at a very young age while helping at his grandfather’s auto repair shop. Temi always knew that he wanted to be an auto mechanic. By the time he was a teenager, he had already worked for various garages in the Chicago area. He earned a scholarship after graduating from high school. He obtained his Automotive degree with honors and got his ASE Master Certified Technician designation in record time.
Running away from the cold Chicago winters, he landed in South Florida and worked for a renowned dealership for many years. But Temi always wanted to open his own garage. Finally in 2004, Temis Motorsports opened its door with a modest budget, but with the determination to offer personalized service and fair pricing in a friendly atmosphere. Our little auto repair shop has quickly grown thanks to the many referrals and constant support of our loyal customers.
Temi’ wife Marcela greets you at the reception area. Camilo, Temi’ son, grew up helping out at the shop and is well known by all our customers. Now after graduating from college has decided to join the team as a service advisor. Sometimes you can find Temi’s daughter Leah watching TV in the waiting area. We are a family business. We take care of our employees and we take good care of our customers.
